For the Movie Information:
Editing Level refers to the amount of processing that you want done to your videos.

Direct: Your video is transferred to DVD without any editing, chapter menus.
Backlot: Your video is transferred to DVD with scene transitions, menus, and titles.
Hollywood: Your video is transferred to DVD with scene transitions, special effects, banners, titles, menus, background music, audio editing, and more...

Please Number your tapes and include a list of ALL Video on your tapes. 
Example:

You can change the order in which your scenes appear in. Just indicate behind them the proper order. This can also be done if several scenes appear on more that one tape.  (See Example Above)

Your descriptions WILL BE USED FOR YOUR MENUS, so keep them as short and precise as you can. "Joey's Birthday" won't help you remember years from now as much as "Joey's 5th Birthday!"

If you are having any advanced special effects, background music, banners, etc. added to your video, please be as specific as you can about them. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order. The more information that we have, the better we can make your video!

For the Slideshow Information:
#Sec's/Pic = How long you want each picture to display in seconds.
# of Pics = Total Number of Pictures your are going to have in your slideshow
Length = # of Pics multiplied by #Sec's/Pic. This will be the total length of your project.

NOTE: Sorry, but we cannot vary the time that each picture is displayed in your slideshow...so try to pick a reasonable amount of time that will work for the entire video. You can always pause the video during playback if there is something that you really want to explain, stop to enjoy, or even laugh about.

Photos/Slides/Negatives must be in the order that you want them to appear in your video. Please number accordingly. A pencil works nicely to write on the back of photos and the corners of slides. Slides that are mounted in metal carriages are OK, since they can be damaged if you try to remove them. Negatives can be taped to a sheet of paper and numbered in the order that you want them. Avoid touching or getting tape over vital portions of your negatives.

If you want background music added to your SlideShow, you will need to include it on either standard CD or MP3 format. Sorry, but we cannot supply music for projects due to copyright laws. Please indicate the song name and number on the disk(s) that you want used. Try to pick songs that are close to the Length of your project, this will help to avoid the song being cut off or the song running out before you run out of pictures. Instrumentals are always nice to include as they can be looped, or edited to be shorter or longer as needed.

Remember: The maximum length of a video is approximately 2 hours, (120 minutes) Keep this in mind when trying to combine several tapes into one video.

DAMAGE/SHIPPING/PROCESSING AGREEMENT

I understand that my media will be handled as carefully as possible, but that Wright Image cannot be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from the shipment of my items. I understand that if I do not supply specific information about how my media is to be prepared, that it may cause delays in processing. This mail order does not imply a specific contract for the preparation of my material and Wright Image maintains the right NOT to process material that it deems ill prepared, offensive, or illegal in nature. I understand that I will be notified by email or by telephone when my media has been received. I also understand that Wright Image will contact me if additional information is needed to complete my project.
